Prices in US dollars, one-time, excluding VAT. Czech buyers, and EU buyers without a verified VAT number, pay 21% Czech VAT at checkout; outside the EU no VAT is added. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your licence key is shown after payment and emailed to you.

Buying for a business? Businesses in another EU country pay no VAT after verification (reverse charge). Czech businesses pay 21%.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each pack is a one-time purchase.

What does the trial include?

Every feature, for 7 days from when you start it in SystemStory. No account or card needed. See Download.

Can I move a licence to a new Mac?

Yes. In SystemStory, open Licence… in the settings menu and choose Release This Mac. That frees its seat; then enter the key on the new Mac.

I bought Macometr. Is my licence still valid?

Yes. Macometr is now called SystemStory: the same app from the same company. Your key, your activated Macs and your history aren’t affected.

I lost my licence key.

Choose “Lost your licence key?” in SystemStory’s licence window, or use the licence recovery page. We email a single-use link to the address you used at checkout.

Something wrong with a purchase?

Write to info@mercuryproject.cz from the email you used at checkout. A fully refunded licence stops working. Nothing here limits the rights you have under applicable law.
